We are seeking an Automation Engineer to support key helpdesk initiatives. This role involves the full redesign and replacement of an existing Slack-based helpdesk automation product. You will enhance and expand an in-house application foundation, focusing on building custom automation capabilities within internal systems. This position offers a high level of ownership and flexibility for creative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

●Design, build, and deploy AI agents and chatbots that automate internal workflows, customer interactions, and operational processes.
