Summary Description

1. To develop and implement new automatic / semi auto system into production route for better productivity with cost competitive, ultimate UPH, minimum head count and maintain product quality.

2.Supporting the potential high volume product on develop effective method and system integration (working with in house build equipment)

3.Proactively create innovative and implement new project to enhance manufacturing integrity.

Specific Duties And Responsibilities

1. Establish effective control system to ensure all test related process are always at stable operating condition.
2. Introduce new ideas to increase the manufacturing productivity.
3. To manage all related process documents.
4. Perform other duties as assigned.
5. To identify the improvement opportunities at existing production route with business proposal. (value creation, execution plan and execution concept).
