Responsibilities

• The core functions of this role are; scoping, designing, validating and delivering control systems for AGITO’s automation solutions, and will also include support for systems already in the field.
• Development and preparation of functional descriptions and commissioning/test plans
• Control system design and PLC programming - including HMI - for standard & bespoke products
• Ensuring design and delivery complies with UK and Client standards and specifications
• Providing input into the standardisation and development of the Automation and Controls team
• Developing and delivering controls and automation training packages
• Actively participating in client safety hazard analysis
• Providing after sales technical customer support, troubleshooting and remediation
