**Job Title: Automation Assembly Technician**

**Payrate:** $30 to $36 per hour

**Shift:** 9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday

**Location** : Monroe, WA

**Job Description**

The Automation Assembly Technician is a hands-on, onsite position responsible for building, assembling, and integrating automated equipment systems used across the organization. This role focuses on mechanical and electrical fabrication, system integration, and deployment of new automation equipment to improve throughput, reduce manual handling, and support scalable automation solutions. The position is based in Monroe, WA and works closely with the automation and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, reliable equipment builds.
