Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

• At least aHigh School Graduate (Vocational or Technical training is a plus but not required).

Experience:

• No prior experience required —training will be provided.
• Must have a strongwillingness to learn and follow instructions .

Technical & Physical Skills:

• Ability to usebasic tools and equipment (training will be provided).
• Physically fit tolift, carry, and install heavy glass materials .
• Goodhand-eye coordination and attention to detail .

Soft Skills & Work Ethics:

• Hardworking, responsible, and eager to learn .
• Ability to workwell in a team and follow senior installers' instructions .
• Willingness towork overtime and travel for installations if needed .
