We are looking for an AutoCAD Technician to support our Customer Solutions team by creating accurate, high‑quality drawings for non‑catalogue and custom cabinet items. This role plays a key part in enhancing the customer experience by translating concepts and sketches into clear, production‑ready drawings.

What You’ll Do

• Create 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings from Customer Service sketches, including front, section, and top views for complex orders.
• Produce drawings to support custom quotes at CSR request.
• Provide guidance to Customer Service on the feasibility of custom designs.
• Respond to production questions related to special or custom items.
• Create drawings for internal requests as needed.

What You Bring

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and the ability to learn new software quickly.
