Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design development from schematic design to construction drawings.
• Prepare, review, and approve architectural plans, details, schedules, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with National Building Code of the Philippines (PD 1096), IRR of the NBCP, Fire Code of the Philippines (RA 9165 / RA 9514), BP 344 (Accessibility Law), local zoning and LGU requirements and maintain design integrity throughout construction.
• Coordinate with Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Sanitary, and Fire Protection Engineers; review and respond to shop drawings, RFIs, and material submittals; resolve design‑related construction issues and field conflicts.
