Description Assist customers with their vehicle service needs from check-in to delivery. Provide accurate cost estimates and repair recommendations. Coordinate repairs with technicians and communicate updates to customers. Review completed work and ensure customer satisfaction. Promote additional maintenance services and maintain profitability goals. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar customer service role. Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, maintenance, and repair processes. Proficiency in dealership management systems (Reynolds preferred). Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to build trust and rapport with customers and technicians.
