We currently have a full-time position available for an additional Claims Manager in our Edmonton Claims department. Reporting to the Director, Claims, the successful individual will provide leadership and guidance to Claims Advisors within the Property Claims Department, while cultivating and maintaining relationships with brokers and third-party service providers. The Claims Manager shares responsibility in setting and supporting the strategic goals of the Claims Department.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide strong leadership while overseeing and managing Property Claims Advisors servicing Western Canada and the northern Territories
- Carry out the full scope of management responsibilities to a team of claims professionals
- Create an environment of continued learning, supportive relationships and effective communication
- Ensure claims practices are in compliance with organizational standards, contractual obligations and relevant regulations
