Auto Body Technician (Hawkesbury)

Job Description

The Auto Body Technician is responsible for structural and non-structural repairs, disassembling, repairing, and reassembling each vehicle. The role supports the repair facilities’ KPIs and collaborates with all team members.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
• Repair damage to vehicle body panels
• Vehicle disassembly and reassembly
• Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and vehicle accessories
• Remove and install welded and sectioned parts on a vehicle
• Assess and repair structural components of a vehicle
• Use frame equipment
• Apply new knowledge and skills to ensure a high level of quality and productivity, directly contributing to KPI’s (Sales / CP / EBITA / BHPD / NPS)
• Take responsibility for outcomes and continuously seek learning opportunities to improve performance
