We’re recruiting a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a vibrant, specialist primary SEN school in L23, supporting pupils in KS1, KS2, and KS3 with autism. This is a full‑time, term‑time role in a setting that values empathy, consistency, and teamwork.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting pupils with autism and complex needs in the classroom and beyond
• Implementing tailored strategies to promote engagement, regulation, and learning
• Working closely with teachers and therapists to deliver individualised support
• Building trusted relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
