The role is delivering on two contracts the first is delivering employment support to a range of individuals with Neurodivergent conditions on a 1:1 basis to get them into work and then helping them to thrive in the work environment. You will support individuals at all stages of their journey assisting them in overcoming all barriers. The other contract is focussed on supporting employers to become more neurodivergent friendly. This includes delivering training, workplace assessments and support with retention of staff.
