A welcoming Specialist School in Chieveley is seeking a dedicated Autism Classroom Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. The successful candidate will support pupils with ASD, sensory needs, and associated learning difficulties.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis
• Assisting with communication and social development
• Creating a calm and structured classroom environment
• Encouraging pupil independence and confidence
• Working closely with teaching staff
