Audit Manager

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a portfolio of audit clients and leading a team to provide a high level of service to the clients.
• Managing the audit team and ensure that all audit assignments are carried out effectively, efficiently and meeting deadlines.
• Preparing job allocation planning and manage the capacity of staff force.
• Review audit planning and identify potential problem areas for audit.
• Monitor working procedures and ensure that audit jobs are carried out in accordance with the firms standards, policies and guidelines.
• Provide training, guidance and mentoring team members on their personal growth and career progression.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or equivalent, and/or professional qualifications such as MICPA, ACCA, or CPA Australia.
• Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
