Managed services in support of the conference team. Manage conference rooms/auditoriums/event spaces. Act as a liaison to produce events and maintain a high level of communication between all necessary departments, support staff and vendors. Ensure a smooth flow from the initial consultation to the final layout. Oversee and follow up on all production components and logistics from beginning to end. Manage, maintain, and update the event software, documents and timelines. Assist in walk through by taking measurements, notes and photos. Liaise and negotiate with vendors for the client to offer the most cost-effective solutions in order to stay in budget and maximize profitability.
