Job Description

Matrix Providers is seeking qualified Audiologists (, , , PHD, MCD, to join our provider network as an independent contractor to perform disability examinations for Veterans. You must have your own office with audiology testing equipment.

Qualifications:
Doctorate Degree in Audiology (AuD), Masters of Audiology (
Master's of Science Degree in Audiology (
Audiology of Speech Language Pathology Degree (PHD)
Master's in Communication Disorders (MCD), Doctor of Education in Audiology (
An active and unrestricted license in the state in which exams are performed.
Previous disability exam experience is preferable
Compensation:
$70–$76 per hour
