The OpportunityWe are looking for a motivated and technically curious AV Provisioning Technician to support the setup, configuration, and documentation of modern audio-visual and collaboration systems.This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in IT and AV technologies, good working knowledge of PC hardware, and a desire to grow their skills within a fast-moving technology environment.This position will be primarily based in-house, with occasional work on customer premises when required. Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Programming & Commissioning Manager, your duties will include, but are not limited to:System Provisioning & Setup: Provision and configure Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), Zoom Rooms, and similar UC room systems.Configuration of peripheral devices such as cameras, microphones, soundbars, room controllers and displays.Network & Device Configuration: Apply network configuration such as IP addressing, device naming, configuration loadi...
