As a Sales Performance Manager, you will play a key role in driving the performance and growth of the sales department, with responsibility for increasing sales volume, maximising profitability, and ensuring we deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with Audi and Sytner Group standards.

You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a robust enquiry management process, ensuring every customer opportunity is managed effectively from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
