This is a remote position. ROLE OVERVIEW This is a role combining proactive sales outreach with end-to-end recruitment delivery. The AU Recruiter & Sales Associate is responsible for generating new business opportunities through direct client outreach while sourcing, engaging, and placing high-quality candidates across the Australian market.The ideal candidate brings a confident phone manner, a hunter mentality for new business, and the discipline to manage a high-volume recruitment desk values-driven, accountable, and quality-focused.
