Our client is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to support a growing institutional client with a high volume of California homeowners insurance coverage matters. This is an immediate need for an attorney who can independently analyze coverage issues, conduct legal research, and prepare well-reasoned coverage opinions under California law. The opportunity offers flexibility with a remote or hybrid work arrangement and the potential for a longer-term relationship based on business needs and performance.


Responsibilities

+ Analyze and interpret California homeowners insurance policies.

+ Research and apply California insurance law to complex coverage issues.

+ Evaluate first-party property insurance claims and related coverage questions.
