This role offers the opportunity to manage litigation matters tied to commercial and consumer collections while building hands-on courtroom and case strategy experience. • Manage a caseload involving commercial and consumer collection disputes from initial filing through resolution.
• Prepare and respond to written discovery, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents with accuracy and strong legal analysis.
