Description We are looking for an attorney to handle litigated personal injury cases from initial assignment through final resolution in Texas. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with litigation leadership and support staff while advancing matters through discovery, negotiation, mediation, and trial preparation. The ideal candidate brings strong courtroom readiness, sound judgment, and a client-centered approach to every stage of the case.
