You will be working in a dynamic environment where you will be expected to independently manage tasks and contribute to the team. Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a litigation caseload, from case inception to trial

• Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for deposition and trial

• Review and analyze discovery requests and respond accordingly

• Prepare and respond to discovery responses and pleadings

• Prepare court filings and ensure service to counsel; experience with e-filing is a plus
