Schedule: Monday - Friday Hours: Full-time, 40-hours/week FLSA Status: (HR will determine) Clearance: Public Trust Position Summary The Attorney - OCR Case Processing Support provides direct support to the Office for Civil Rights by reviewing, analyzing, and processing civil rights complaints in accordance with Article I of the OCR Case Processing Manual (CPM). This position conducts legal and procedural evaluations related to jurisdiction, timeliness, complaint sufficiency, and case disposition in support of high-volume OCR case processing operations.
