Key Responsibilities

+ Assist with the prosecution of plaintiff-side consumer warranty litigation matters

+ Draft complaints, motions, oppositions, and other litigation-related pleadings utilizing established templates and firm resources

+ Conduct legal research and support attorneys with motion practice and case development
