Key Responsibilities: Manage and run a litigation caseload independently Handle RAF matters from inception to finalisation Draft pleadings, notices, and legal correspondence Conduct consultations with clients Appear in court when required Negotiate settlements where applicable Provide legal advice and strategic guidance on matters Ensure compliance with court rules and deadlines Requirements : LLB Degree Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa 5 years post-admission experience Proven experience handling RAF matters Strong litigation and court experience Valid drivers license
