Job Description

Position Summary
The Attending Physician, General Medicine will provide part-time general medical ambulatory care to adults in the primary care setting. As a member of an interdisciplinary healthcare team, the Attending Physician, General Medicine is committed to providing holistic health services to the patients and communities they serve.

Typical Duties
Conducts direct patient care sessions per week, as assigned by the Division Chair

Works under the direction of the Clinic Lead of each clinical area or service of work.

Must be able to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Must be able to travel to worksites throughout Cook County Health (CCH) 

Functions as a member of the healthcare team in the health center, working collaboratively with mid-level providers, as assigned
