Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels of all maintenance, repair, and operational supplies in the parts crib.Perform regular stock counts and adjust inventory levels as necessary to ensure availability without overstocking.Implement and maintain an inventory tracking system in emaint (CMMS- Computerized Maintenance Management System) to record usage, stock levels, and reordering needs. Coordination with Maintenance Team: Collaborate with maintenance technicians to identify frequently used parts and plan stock levels accordingly.Work with the maintenance planner to forecast part needs based on upcoming projects, preventive maintenance schedules, and equipment repair histories. Cost Control: Monitor parts and supply expenses, looking for opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality or production needs....
