Overview

Responsible for accurate recording of fuel issued to the respective truck as well as ODO readings on a daily basis. Fuel and water checks on a daily basis. Report new damages to the vehicles to the Mechanic /VM Manager. Accurate stock control of the fuel in the bowser facilitate the refueling process when the bowser is been refilled. Shunting trucks on the premises.

Responsibilities

• Refueling all Sasko fleet vehicles
• Documenting all fuel issues and allocating to correct vehicle
• Allocation of fuel to the correct route
• Do daily dips and report to stock control clerk
• Check oil and Water levels daily and top‑up when necessary
• Receive fuel from supplier and verify fuel received
• Shunting trucks in the yard area (includes feeder trucks)
• Assisting in the Workshop
