About the Role

• Monitoring daily attendance and punctuality


• Conducting first-day absence calls


• Working with pastoral staff and families to improve attendance


• Preparing weekly and termly attendance reports


• Managing attendance meetings and intervention plans


• Ensuring statutory attendance procedures are followed
