REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 (Matric) + a HR qualification Strong knowledge of SA Labour Law Min 2-3 years' experience in a payroll, wage administration, HR administration, or time and attendance environment Experience working with time and attendance systems Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Knowledge of payroll processes, leave administration, and employee record management Strong administrative and organisational skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work to strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities DUTIES Monitor and manage employee attendance, including absenteeism, late arrivals, early departures, leave verification, and attendance record maintenance Administer sick leave processes, including validation, documentation, compliance monitoring, and escalation of exceptions Maintain accurate payroll-related attendance data...
