We are recruiting an Attendance and Engagement Mentor to work within a secondary school supporting improved attendance and punctuality.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor attendance and engagement
Work with pupils and families
Support pupils returning to school
Liaise with pastoral and safeguarding teams
Skills & Experience
Experience working with families or young people is desirable
Strong communication skills
Supportive and professional approach
