Description

A.T. Still University's is seeking an non-exempt IT Support Technician on the Mesa, Arizona campus.

**Duties & Responsibilities:**

+ Act as level 1 response to University computing problems/needs or determine need for escalation of service.
+ Provide technical support to the end-user.
+ Provide necessary installation and troubleshooting of computers, computer software, and peripherals.
+ Assist with record keeping pertaining to the University’s computer environment.
+ Other duties as assigned.
