* Install and program residential security systems, including:
* Burglar alarms
* CCTV (IP & Analog)
* DVRs
* Access control systems
* Install related equipment such as window sensors, door units, and smoke detectors
* Troubleshoot and resolve signal or system issues
* Test and verify system functionality
* Provide on-site customer support and guidance
* Educate customers on how to use their systems
* Complete required job documentation and paperwork
* Track and cost all materials used before closing jobs
* Maintain accurate inventory of equipment in company vehicle
