Athletic Development Coach

About the Role

Permanent, part‑time Athletic Development Coach to join LEH from September 2026. The role involves driving the athletic development strategy within the sports department, ensuring accessibility for all pupils.

Responsibilities

• Increase the provision of the current athletic development programme.
• Teach the value of strength and conditioning in an inspiring and engaging way.
• Work 20 hours per week from 12:00 – 5:00 pm or 1:00 – 6:00 pm, 4 days a week, for 35 weeks per year with additional hours as required.
