Role Summary
The Athlete Manager is responsible for managing and supporting a portfolio of athletes across their professional, commercial, and personal development journeys. The role serves as the primary point of contact for athletes, ensuring seamless coordination of training, competitions, sponsorship commitments, media engagements, and welfare requirements while maximizing the athlete's performance and career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Athlete Relationship Management
Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned athletes
Develop a thorough understanding of each athlete's performance goals, career aspirations, and personal requirements
