Purpose of this Position:
Manage the relationship and projects with OEMs to support the OE business plan. Communicate customer's' requirements, expectations, technical gaps, and Goodyear's strategy and technologies. Assist the teamwork of related functions to be able to meet customers' technical expectations.Principle Responsibilities:
Contact customers and obtain pertinent information for OE tire development projects that includes OE target specification, technical feasibility study, technical trends, expectations, concerns, and gaps.Communicate the information from customers to tire development teams to properly respond customers' expectations.Communicate our technologies and technical approaches to customers representing tire development team.
