• Prepare accurate and timely incentive calculation, claw back and deferment to meet monthly payroll submission based on measurements set by management.
• Prepare monthly tracker, dashboard or reporting and explain the major cost variance by sales channel productivity.
• Support business and channel enquiries. Perform SQL scripts to extract data for addressing appeals from sales staff. Any database errors/ omissions to be amended within timelines.
• Responsible to attend and investigate enquiries and complaint emailed to common mailbox . Provide incentive guidance and explanation to branches and sales force.
• Ensure smooth maintenance of Sales Force Management (SFM) system through the vendor such that branch or frontline staff able to view their sales accurately and be incentivized accordingly.
