Asst Manager, One-Rehab

The National One-Rehabilitation (One-Rehab) Framework is a nationwide initiative that aims to create a more person-centred, sustainable and value-driven rehabilitation system using codification, harmonized clinical outcome measures and big data to provide the most appropriate and timely care to improve rehabilitation outcomes for patients/clients.

As Senior/Executive, he/she will be part of the TTSH Operations (Allied Health), working closely with TTSH Allied Health stakeholders and community partners to support the effective implementation of the One-Rehab Framework in TTSH. The key responsibilities include supporting projects as part of organising place-based and person-centric rehabilitation care for patients; improving outcomes; and improving integration and collaboration between rehabilitation settings.
