[What the role is]
Position is responsible for establishing, governing, and sustaining a consistent Campus BIM Framework across NYP’s Campus Rejuvenation and Addition & Alteration (A&A) projects. The role ensures that all project BIM models and asset information are compliant, interoperable, and fit for purpose for as built delivery, Campus Master BIM integration, Digital Twin readiness, and downstream operations and facilities management (FM).[What you will be working on]
BIM Governance and Framework
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Campus BIM Roadmap and Framework, including Employer’s Information Requirements (EIR), BIM Execution Plan (BEP) templates, modelling standards, and data exchange protocols.
- Define and enforce BIM uses, modelling methodologies, levels of information need, and data requirements across all project stages.
