Asst./ Deputy Manager Procurement

• Proven experience in procurement for fabrication and manufacturing modules, with in-depth knowledge of technical drawings, fabrication methods, machining processes, and mechanical assembly.
• Support strategic sourcing initiatives by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding reliable suppliers to ensure optimal cost, quality, delivery, and risk mitigation.
• Conduct supplier capability and commercial assessments to support long-term sourcing strategies and continuous expansion of the approved vendor base.
• Manage the end-to-end RFQ process, including preparation, issuance, bid evaluation, commercial comparison, and recommendation for award.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms to achieve cost savings and improved contractual outcomes.
