ASST CONTRACT MANAGER

Job description . Well verse in Building Contract & Build Conditions of Main Contract . Overall manage the company's contractual & legal matters. . To analyze & prepare tender quotations including taking-off materials, subcontractors, outsourcing, budget costing, and contractual claims. . Is responsible for overseeing progressive claims, variation orders, payment, budget & cost control and settlement of final account . Handle & Liaise closely with Main Con QS / internal Sub Contractors on all contractual and commercial matters.
Requirements . Degree or Diploma in Civil / Building / Quantity Surveying or its equivalent . Min 3 years of relevant experiences in the construction industry . Well versed in Tender Quality Submission and Microsoft Project Software . Singaporeans or Singapore PR only
