What We’re Looking For:

• 2 - 5 years of experience in the air travel industry, preferably handling reservations and sales for US/Canada-based clients or consolidators.

• Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre preferred).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage client relationships & boost sales.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical abilities for handling escalations.

• Ability to manage travel issues, cancellations, refunds, and customer concerns professionally.

• Fluency in English (verbal & written); local language ...
