What it's about
In this position, you will join the Partners Group Private Markets Royalties investment team in London with responsibilities across all of the legal and contractual aspects of private markets royalties’ investments, including due diligence and transaction execution, ongoing monitoring and divestitures.
Your responsibilities will include:
In depth analysis of legal, regulatory and IP aspects of investment opportunities across the Music, Pharma, Brands, Sports, Media, Energy and Commodity sectors

Reviewing and advising on complex investment structures

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating investment documentation

Advising and supporting other members of the Private Markets Royalties team on the analysis of investment considerations and risks

Managing external counsel
