Associate/Assistant AD for Broadcast Engineering

What We Are Looking For

The Associate/Assistant AD for Broadcast Engineering leads all technical and engineering operations for Baylor Athletics live broadcasts and in-venue shows, supporting more than 120+ annual productions across linear and digital platforms. This highly technical leadership position directly supports departmental revenue generation by ensuring Baylor Athletics meets and exceeds the production standards required by national television partners and conference media agreements. 

The role oversees control room systems, broadcast infrastructure, technical personnel, and vendor relationships while working in close collaboration with the Assistant AD for BaylorVision to deliver a seamless, unified in-venue and broadcast experience. Serving as the lead engineer for Baylor Athletics, this position requires advanced technical expertise, strategic leadership, and the ability to execute at a high level in fast-paced live production environments.
