**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Client Ownership & Retention**
+ Own retention, renewals, negotiations, and growth across all Group Medicare accounts.
+ Build executive-level relationships with key clients and proactively manage client risk and value creation.
+ Drive client and member satisfaction, including ownership of Client and Member NPS.
+ **Account Management Leadership**
