Job Description:

We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Associate Training Manager to lead our Learning & Development initiatives. The ideal candidate is a high-achieving academic with a proven track record of managing training teams and executing complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers to ensure high-quality delivery of programs.
• Oversee the end-to-end L&D lifecycle, from needs analysis to impact measurement.
• Manage training projects using industry-standard methodologies.
• Utilize Advanced Excel to track performance metrics and generate stakeholder reports.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 4 years in Learning & Development (L&D).
• Leadership: Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role (Assistant Manager or Supervisor level) managing a team of trainers.
