Exeter College is seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Trainer as a ‘Strength and Conditioning Lead’ to play a key role in enhancing player performance in our Women’s Rugby Academy, in partnership with Exeter Chiefs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver elite-level strength & conditioning sessions for individuals and groups, aligned with the Exeter Chiefs U23 and Women’s pathways

• Design smart, progressive programmes in collaboration with College and Chiefs coaching staff
