Associate - Trade Support (New Headcount)

The Company

Our client is a leading financial institution in Hong Kong, and they are currently looking for a Trade Support Associate to join their expanding team.

The Role

* Manage the full trade lifecycle including capture, reconciliation, corporate actions and client servicing
* Provide assistance to clients and traders regarding trade inquiries, discrepancies, and issues that may arise
* Generate reporting on trade activities and issues, escalating matters appropriately
* Help maintain and update trading systems and tools, ensuring data integrity and functionality
* Collaborate with peers to build reporting methodology supporting new products and business initiatives.

Your Profile

* Bachelor's degree holder
* Minimum 5 years of experience in middle or back-office role within financial institution
