We are looking for a Korean-speaking Associate – Technical Support professional to join our team on a 3-month contract. This role is ideal for candidates with 0–4 years of experience who are passionate about IT support and customer service.
Position Details
Position: Associate – Technical Support
Headcount: 1 FTE
Contract Duration: 3 Months
Tentative Onboarding Date: 10 March 2025
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday
Language Requirements
Korean: Read / Write / Speak (TOPIK I or II preferred)
English: Minimum B1+ proficiency
Qualifications
High School Graduate / Diploma / IT Education
Or equivalent IT professional experience
Experience
Total & Relevant Experience: 0–4 years
Support Level: L1–L2 (On-site or Remote Support experience preferred)
